Life is Well Under Way

Hi there - a bit of an update on our activity here at Sheldon Paint.

The studio is really beginning to have it's own character now. We have held several workshops over the past weeks all adding to the spirit of the place. I love having like minded folk around me to paint with and we have had alot of giggles and laughter as people find their feet working with Annie's wonderful Chalk Paint™

A couple of one to ones has meant I could really tailor my time to suit what these folk wanted to discover. They seemed to go away full of beans and keen to start exploring for themselves. One was an artist who has acquired a huge number of frames for his work and needed some help to have them show off his artwork well. We got all the paints out and I showed him some super swift ways to individualize them and work out colour schemes. Who knows maybe he will decide to dedicate his time to what he loves - painting on canvas and bring the frames back to me to finish off. At least he now knows what effects can be achieved when either of us reaches for the paintbrush!

Next week I shall be concentrating on some furniture painting I have been asked to do and preparing for the next round of workshops of course.

Sheldon Paint Now Open!

It's official - I now have my own wonderful new studio space. 

From now,you will find all of Annie's paints and products here at No 4 Hampton Road (right next door to our old shop)  All the decorative paint workshops will be hosted in the space dedicated to it.

We each have our own workshpace now! Leigh is fully occupied with his busy framing business at No 3 and I with my painting at No 4.
